BennyAudio Immersion II combines outstanding design with solid engineering — a true high-end turntable.
Immersion II is a classic mass-loaded turntable, designed for maximum stability, low resonance, and precise sound reproduction.
Its sandwich-type plinth, made of plywood, aluminum, and steel, effectively suppresses external vibrations and isolates the drive system from the rest of the structure.
The turntable features an inverted hydrodynamic journal bearing, made from a wear-resistant synthetic material. A massive 65 mm thick POM platter provides high rotational inertia and excellent damping characteristics.
The drive system uses a BLDC motor integrated into the plinth, controlled by BennyAudio’s proprietary digital controller that continuously regulates speed. Power is transferred via a belt.
Immersion II is equipped with a 12.5-inch unipivot tonearm featuring oil damping and on-the-fly VTA adjustment. The arm is constructed from non-magnetic stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber, and is finished with an innovative headshell. Wiring is made of mono-crystal silver for uncompromised signal transmission.
The total weight is approximately 29 kg. Finish options include matte black, polished stainless steel, and natural wood veneer.
